What you can do to be be prepared for my visit.

Update all software on any devices in which will be working on.

Have your administrator password (the password you use to log into the computer), and your iCloud or Apple ID and password ready. (if you do not worry, we can figure them out and reset them as needed.)

Have a recent backup of your computer, preferably though Time Machine, on an external HD. (or I can help you set up one.)

Have a backup of any iPhones and iPads that we will be working on though iCloud or iTunes.

Any other usernames or passwords needed for anything on which we are going to be working on.
